  1. All payments are processed by pre-authorized credit cards on the first of the month and are considered late by the fifth. Tuition is never prorated for missed lessons or classes. Tuition does not include any retail, recital fees, student showcase fees, costumes, props, workshops, special events and/or teaching materials such as books or instruments.

*These prices are for ongoing lessons, taken each week. Individual lessons can be scheduled at the front office; however, at a different rate.


  1. *The Elevate LIVE Touring Groups are priced at $15 per hour and it is a more advanced program for students

*All students must sign a 5 month contract for enrollment in touring groups.
*All students enrolled in the touring groups (tinis, minis, youth, juniors, seniors, Elite) are required to take a Hip-Hop/technical class weekly or Vocal class weekly


10% off monthly rate sibling discount for all Classes and Touring Groups. 1st student is regular price; each sibling is 10% off. If you take a 2nd class you also receive 10% off your second class. No discounts on Private Lessons.


  1. A late fee of $30.00 will be charged if card does not process by the 5th of the month, or the 5th day past your payment option (applies to Private Lessons).


  1. There is an annual, non-refundable, $35.00 (single)/$55.00 (family) registration fee due with your registration form. Class and lesson enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you withdraw for any reason and it lasts a period of 30 days or longer, you must pay a registration fee once you return. Registration fees are charged annually on July 1st for all Elevate LIVE members, and August 1st for all other classes and lessons.


  1. There are no official make-ups for private lessons. There are no credits or refunds given for missed lessons. Courtesy make-up lessons are available upon request by your teachers/coach. In order to be eligible for a make-up lesson, the student (if over 18) or parent must call and/or e-mail the studio no less than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. If you do not call in advance, you forfeit the lesson, no exceptions. If you call and/or email in less than 24 hours of your lesson it is considered a missed lesson (some exceptions may be valid, please notify office management if you qualify for the exception) Once a courtesy make-up lesson has been scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled.  If that lesson is missed you cannot make it up. Lessons for a teacher/coach absence will be covered either by a substitute on the regular lesson day, or the teacher will make arrangements to do a make-up with each student. These policies are in place to help protect our teachers/coaches so they can schedule another private in you are unavailable.


  1. There are no refunds or credits for any dropped or missed classes. If a student is absent from a class, a make-up class of the same level can be taken within 30 days of the absence if available. If a student misses a make-up class, no further consideration will be given and class will be forfeited. If a teacher is absent a substitute teacher will be scheduled or the class will be cancelled. If a class is cancelled a makeup class will also be scheduled at a later date if available.


  1. Every year we have a few class and touring group showcases, as well as other solo and group performances throughout the year. Please refer to our show calendar at for more information.


  1. All Elevate Studios Tour Groups will have performances throughout the entire year, at various events and times. Our Event Coordinator works very hard to confirm performance dates and times as soon as possible However; sometimes things are confirmed and/or scheduled last minute. We communicate updates and changes through our calendar, website, text message, Facebook group and e-mail. You must have a current e-mail on file, check the website and social media frequently and stay updated with the Office Manager and Talent Coordinators/Choreographer. If you are unable to attend a performance you must notify the Event Coordinator and Office Manager immediately. Talent Coordinators and Choreographer have to re-arrange spots and solos for performances and need to know in-advance if you are unable to attend. If you are involved in other sports or activities you MUST provide Office Manager, Talent Coordinators, or Choreographer with a schedule, in advance, to be excused from the absence(s) for rehearsals and performances. Unexcused absences will result in removal from the Touring Group. NO EXCEPTIONS.


  1. Frequent absences or improper behavior may result in the student being removed from the class. Excessive absences or continued misbehavior may result in exclusion from recitals, showcases and/or performances. Parent may opt to pay for private instruction in this case.


  1. The professionals will determine the skill level and placement of all classes and programs. It is very important that each student is placed into the appropriate class and level.


  1. To discontinue lessons/classes and to discontinue charges to your account, you must give a written 30-day notice. Withdrawal forms are given to you at enrollment. You may come into the office if you need a copy. We do not prorate tuition for the last month’s lessons. Students will be responsible for their last month’s tuition whether or not they attend lessons (no exceptions).


  1. All of our lessons are based on a month-to-month commitment. Payment for the full month of lessons is due on the first day of the month (this is when your auto-bill occurs). Monthly tuition is based on a 48 week year. We are closed for holidays. In the long months, you will get five lessons, short months such as November and December, you will get three lessons, and most months you will get four lessons. The tuition is the same each month; i.e. we don’t charge you more when you have five lessons, and we don’t charge you less when you have three lessons in a month. If a student begins lessons in the middle of the month, the remaining lessons in the current month are prorated.


  1. Elevate Studios is not responsible for providing before or after care for students. Students are not to be left at the studio for excessive time periods before or after their lessons (Charges may apply).


  1. Parents are always welcome and encouraged to sit in our designated parent viewing area, in the hallway. We have state-of-the art monitors, for every classroom at all times. Parents are not allowed to sit in the classroom during a class due to class sizes and making all students feel comfortable during their class. Instructors may occasionally invite the parents to sit-in during the last 10 minutes of the class.


  1. Parents, legal guardians of minors, students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on studio property, or outside the studio when engaging in community performances or events resulting from normal lesson activity or any other activity conducted by the students or their siblings before, during, or after lesson time, including hearing loss or hearing damage. Elevate Studios is not responsible for any damage done to vehicles or items stolen from vehicles.


  1. Children must wait for their parents to pick them up inside the Studio. Please do not ask them to meet you elsewhere. Elevate Studios assumes no responsibility for children who leave unaccompanied. Anyone else other than the parent/legal guardian, will be required to show identification and have written permission when picking up at child.
